Educational Staffing Recruiter / Sales Professional

Club Xcite is seeking an in-office Educational Staffing Recruiter / Sales Professional in Sacramento to support staffing needs for school districts across California. This fast-paced, metrics-driven role combines recruiting and outbound candidate outreach with a placement focus, including an uncapped commission structure.

The position centers on identifying qualified talent, coordinating screening steps, and aligning candidates to open job orders based on requirements and district needs, while maintaining consistent candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

What you’ll do

• Recruit school-based professionals, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Interventionists, Instructional Aides / Paraprofessionals for 1:1 student support or classroom support, school nurses, related services professionals, and more.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and daily candidate outreach.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Screen candidates for submission to Club Xcite’s internal clinical team.
• Match candidates to open job orders based on qualifications and district needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates during the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with school-based professionals to drive referrals and future placements.
• Partner with internal operations and clinical teams to meet staffing demand across school districts.

What you bring

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or sales experience.
• Educational staffing or healthcare staffing agency experience is desired.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Work schedule and location

• Location: Sacramento, CA (in-office)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: Salary (Exempt) $70,304 per year plus uncapped commission
• Work location: In person
