HR/Internal Recruiter / Talent Manager

Aanya Vaishali Corp is seeking an HR/Internal Recruiter and Talent Manager to lead full‑cycle recruiting for retail store roles, onboard new hires, and support team development across a growing retail operation. This onsite position in Hardeeville, SC requires a solid human resources background, strong people skills, and the ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining the company culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all retail store roles, including store managers, assistant managers, and staff.
• Post and oversee openings across Indeed and additional recruitment channels.
• Screen applicants and perform initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Identify top candidates who align with the company culture.
• Support new-hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain hiring records and personnel documentation.
• Assist with adherence to HR policies and employee relations initiatives.
• Contribute to retention and engagement strategies for the workforce.
• Support team-building activities and engagement programs.
• Assist leadership in cultivating cohesive, high-performing store teams.
• Identify internal talent for advancement opportunities.
• Refine and optimize hiring systems and recruitment processes.
• Develop talent pipelines to prepare for future store openings and staffing needs.
• Maintain relationships with recruiting platforms and job boards.

Requirements

• Two to five years of recruiting or HR experience is preferred.
• Experience hiring for retail, hospitality, or service sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with hiring platforms such as Indeed or similar recruiting systems.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring needs concurrently.
