Responsibilities

  • Manage the full hiring process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Develop and maintain hiring systems and workflows
  • Oversee employee onboarding and documentation
  • Handle employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution
  • Support managers with performance management and accountability
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Identify patterns in turnover, attendance, and performance
  • Help develop and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and staffing needs

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
  • Experience managing hiring and onboarding processes
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee situations professionally
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
