Responsibilities
- Manage the full hiring process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Develop and maintain hiring systems and workflows
- Oversee employee onboarding and documentation
- Handle employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution
- Support managers with performance management and accountability
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Identify patterns in turnover, attendance, and performance
- Help develop and enforce company policies and procedures
- Support leadership with workforce planning and staffing needs
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
- Experience managing hiring and onboarding processes
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee situations professionally
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
