Premier Family Care is seeking a dedicated HR Representative and Healthcare Recruiter to drive full cycle healthcare hiring, onboarding, and ongoing talent development. This onsite role is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support work-life balance and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding qualified candidates.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media tools, job boards, proactive outreach, and relationship management to build candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HRIS systems such as ADP, and internal policies to minimize legal risk.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners through clear communication, negotiation, and talent management initiatives focused on succession planning and leadership development.
Requirements
- Proven background in human resources or healthcare recruiting.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with ADP is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of HR sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish durable relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience using social media to support recruiting efforts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of healthcare compensation practices.
