Job Description
Eden Senior Care seeks a Human Resources Generalist to manage daily HR operations at the Edenbrook facility in Wisconsin Rapids, onsite. This role concentrates on payroll, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance within a healthcare setting. The position offers an annual salary of USD 60,000 and requires a minimum of one year of HR experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the recruitment process for CNAs, nurses, and other facility staff.
- Facilitate onboarding activities and ensure all required new-hire documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- Assist with accounts payable functions, including processing and tracking invoices.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day HR matters, employee questions, and workplace concerns.
- Support employee relations efforts, including initial handling of concerns and assisting with internal investigations when needed.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and healthcare employment regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to support staffing and operational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
