Human Resource Coordinator
Job Description
ImpactBio offers a fully remote, full‑time Human Resources Coordinator role designed to support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. This position is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a fully remote work setup and a culture that emphasizes collaboration, development, and people first.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the new hire onboarding process, including preparing, distributing, tracking, and following up on employment documentation
- Partner with HR team members to deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for every new hire
- Communicate onboarding status, employment documentation, and HR inquiries to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate electronic completion of employment documents, company policies, and acknowledgements
- Schedule and support new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation within the HRIS
- Generate recurring HR reports and maintain data integrity across systems
- Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries related to payroll, benefits, HR policies, and other employment matters
- Assist managers and HR leadership with performance management activities, employee communications, and personnel documentation
- Coordinate employee offboarding, including exit interviews and separation documentation
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements designed to enhance the employee experience
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- Previous administrative experience required; Human Resources experience strongly preferred
