Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Process weekly payroll and establish accurate, timely payroll procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance and 401(k).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues.
- Foster a positive, safety-first, and collaborative work culture.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EEOC and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain HRIS data and support payroll accuracy with up-to-date information.
- Three (3) years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
- Maintain a working knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
