Human Resources Administrator
Job Description
The Human Resources Administrator role at Kepler Holdings provides day-to-day HR operations support and ensures compliance under the guidance of the HR Manager. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Belgrade, MT.
Responsibilities
- Support the posting of vacancies, screen candidates, arrange interviews, and coordinate the overall hiring workflow.
- Aid new employee orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth start.
- Assist with benefits administration, leave requests, and attendance tracking, addressing routine inquiries and escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
- Maintain precise personnel records and support HR data entry and reporting activities.
- Support consistent and fair application of company policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing recognition programs, morale-building efforts, and engagement initiatives.
- Support adherence to federal and state employment laws under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Attend HR related meetings, including onboarding sessions, disciplinary discussions, and terminations as required.
- Contribute to a range of HR tasks and projects as the department's needs evolve.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.

Physical Requirements
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasionally able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to access and navigate each department within the organization’s facilities.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
