Human Resources Assistant

Diamond Fruit Growers Inc. offers an onsite, full-time Human Resources Assistant role in Hood River, OR. Responsibilities

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all visitors and calls to the main office.
• Assist employees with HR-related paperwork.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with a unionized workforce and ensure practices align with the collective bargaining agreement.
• Maintain regular communication with the Production Plant Superintendent regarding staffing, scheduling, and workforce updates.
• Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries about policies, procedures, and processes.
• Assist the HR Manager with various projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience
