Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for experienced roles, guiding sourcing, candidate engagement, offers, and onboarding in a metrics and scorecard driven environment.
- Proactively source, engage, and assess talent through multiple channels, building and maintaining strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage requisitions and candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and adherence to internal processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams to develop effective hiring strategies, share market insights, and guide best practices throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate interview logistics, candidate communications, and stakeholder engagement to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Gather and analyze feedback from candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and new hires to continuously enhance recruiting processes and outcomes.
- Maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record required.
- 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing and internet research skills to identify, engage, and assess talent through multiple channels, leveraging creative search strategies, market intelligence, and talent mapping techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor hiring progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Hybrid working model
