Elevated Industrial Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands on Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing industrial services organization in Denver. You will partner with operational and executive leaders to align people strategies with business objectives while helping to maintain a high performance, people centered culture. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operational and executive leaders to shape and execute HR strategies that support company goals.
  • Coach managers on leadership, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support growth initiatives, restructuring efforts, and change management activities.
  • Work with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and enhance recruiting processes.
  • Assist recruiting across field, operational, and corporate roles.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
  • Be a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and policies.
  • Conduct employee investigations and propose appropriate resolutions.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and safety oriented work environment.
  • Support performance review processes, goal setting, and employee development planning.
  • Assist managers with performance issues and improvement plans.
  • Promote leadership development and employee training initiatives.
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking, salary planning, and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Help employees with benefits related questions and enrollment support.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of compliance requirements affecting daily management of employees.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
  • Support HR reporting, metrics, and analytics to inform decision making and provide interpretation to leadership as needed.
  • Collaborate with outside counsel and third party professionals as requested.
  • Help cultivate a strong company culture aligned with Elevated Industrial Solutions values.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations
  • Experience supporting operational or industrial workforces is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated productivity and reliability to deliver accurate work on time
  • Self motivated and capable of guiding others through daily tasks and change
  • Strong team player within HR and across leadership and the business
  • Solid business acumen supported by interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Skilled at negotiating conflicts and driving resolution while maintaining relationships
  • Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, construction, energy, or field service industries
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
  • Experience supporting multi state operations
  • Experience in high growth or private equity backed environments

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

This position requires mobility to work in a standard office setting and to operate office equipment, including a computer and copier. Must be able to read printed materials on paper and on a computer screen, and must be able to hear and speak to communicate effectively.

Pay

USD 67,000.00 - 85,000.00 per year
