Human Resources Compliance Representative
Job Description
In this onsite role, you will support Corewell Health’s Human Resource Department by maintaining accurate personnel records and ensuring employment documentation is properly processed, indexed, and stored in electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity of personnel files by reviewing, scanning, indexing, and entering information from employment documents including applications, I-9s, resumes, transcripts, licensure or certification, education, and personnel action forms.
- Index employment records into the electronic filing system by entering data into key fields and verifying alignment across multiple systems, including matching name, Social Security information, team member ID, and job title.
- Process and track specialized verification of employment forms and related requests.
- Process and track personnel file record requests in accordance with Bullard Plawecki regulations.
- Complete special projects involving the merging of file storage systems, and support updates related to new equipment and technologies used during system integrations and acquisitions.
- Maintain equipment and supplies used for HR documentation support.
- Copy team member records and other requested documents as needed.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in computer and/or data entry.
