As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR Director and team to support staff across HR functions while helping to drive key priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR Director and team to advance priorities, tasks and initiatives.
  • Support talent acquisition and recruiting processes across the organization.
  • Represent Kidwell at recruitment events, including high school and college career fairs, to help build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating employee events and social gatherings across Omaha, Lincoln and other Kidwell locations.
  • Support wellness management and internal communications efforts.
  • Serve as a general HR resource for the Omaha office, providing responsive support.
  • If fluent in Spanish, act as a Spanish-language liaison to facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking candidates and employees.
  • Maintain HR records, assist with data entry, update policies and procedures, and provide administrative support to multiple departments.
  • Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the team and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative approach with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.
