GardaWorld Security Services U.S. invites you to join Syracuse as a Hybrid Human Resources Coordinator, a role that blends talent acquisition with HR operations support. This position focuses on attracting top talent, guiding onboarding, and sustaining robust people operations for GardaWorld branches in your market, with a salary range of $60,000 to $63,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Attract and recruit top talent for GardaWorld Security Services branches within your assigned market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Utilize proactive recruiting methods such as cold outreach, online searches, database mining, and social media to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Work with the Regional Talent Leader to design and implement recruitment plans for critical roles and cultivate pre-qualified talent pools.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow status in IBM Kenexa BrassRing ATS.
- Monitor labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and sourcing metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal clients, external partners, and candidates.
- Support additional sourcing, recruitment, marketing, and retention initiatives as needed.
- Perform pre-employment background checks, employment verifications, and drug tests.
- Create and maintain complete, compliant, and confidential employee files.
- Enter new hire data into the HRIS accurately and maintain employee records on an ongoing basis.
- Prepare routine or ad hoc employee reports and dashboards.
- Serve as a resource for employees, answering questions about HR policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date on federal, state, and local employment laws and apply them to daily operations.
- Safeguard sensitive information and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support talent acquisition and HR objectives.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Associate degree in human resources or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in staffing or high-volume recruitment
- A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the company’s vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements
