Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator/Administrative Assistant will provide essential HR support at Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab in Brooklyn, focusing on onboarding, compliance, employee relations, policy management, recruitment, and general HR operations for the facility.

Salary
USD 25 - 30 per hour
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and compliance for all staff, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with facility policies
- Employee relations support and timely guidance for staff concerns
- Maintenance and management of the facility's policies and guidelines
- Recruitment of staff for all departments to fulfill staffing needs
- Support of all HR functions to enable smooth operational workflows
