Human Resources Coordinator (onsite)
Job Description
An onsite Human Resources Coordinator reports to the HR Manager, delivering hands-on support across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and HR operations to sustain a positive workplace culture.

Compensation
Salary: USD 25 - 30 per hour
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for designated roles, from application intake to job offer.
- Screen resumes, perform initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment workflow.
- Maintain ATS records and track key recruiting metrics.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.
- Oversee background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment steps.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding paperwork.
- Coordinate equipment provisioning and manage building access and security credentials for employees.
- Maintain onboarding and offboarding checklists to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Arrange exit interviews, revoke system access, and collect company property at offboarding.
- Act as the initial point of contact for routine HR inquiries and benefits questions.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, life event changes, and Open Enrollment periods.
- Support leave administration by guiding employees to the appropriate resources.
- Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS.
- Support engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and appreciation events.
- Support company events, volunteer opportunities, wellness programs, and culture initiatives.
- Help produce engaging employee communications that foster a positive workplace environment.
- Monitor performance review calendars and issue reminders.
- Track completion rates and prepare performance management reports.
- Coordinate building access, security credentials, and assignment of company property.
- Enable and revoke building access for new hires and departing staff.
- Maintain up-to-date security access records.
- Maintain personnel files and HRIS records.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance tasks.
- Support policy administration and employee communications.
- Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of Human Resources experience required.
