Job Description

BRISTOL COUNTY SAVINGS BANK is seeking a part-time Human Resources Data Analyst to turn HR data into actionable insights. This onsite role in Lincoln, RI focuses on collecting data from payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys, building dashboards, and conducting analyses that inform strategic HR decisions. A bachelor’s degree is required, and the position offers USD 60,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics and identify trends.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data-driven solutions to address HR challenges.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks, and maintain a QC schedule.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.
  • Additional duties as required within the HR department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and other statistical software.
  • Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends, and metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
