Job Description

The following sections outline the core responsibilities, qualifications, and work environment for this on-site role.

Responsibilities

  • Execute core HR transactional processes, including coordinating new associate orientation, unemployment claims processing, onboarding and exit interviews, transitional return to work, leave administration, and OSHA reporting.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors on policy and procedure.
  • Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to assist with recruitment and staffing plans.
  • Assist with and maintain the eTime system and payroll-related activities.
  • Support the HRBP to foster an inclusive and diverse culture.
  • Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required for external candidates, but preferred for internal candidates.
  • HRCI Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
  • Workday experience preferred.

Physical Demands

  • The ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear.
