Job Description
Skilled Nursing of Buffalo is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR operations on site in Buffalo, NY, with an annual salary of USD 65,000.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily HR operations and coordinate scheduling for the nursing department.
- Serve as liaison with Payroll and Benefits Administration teams.
- Manage front desk staff and related activities.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Labor and Department of Health requirements for all new hires.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with department heads on employee relations, including disciplinary actions and separations.
- Attend management meetings and support achievement of organizational goals.
Requirements
- Prior experience in HR or staffing is required.
- HR degree or formal training is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
