Human Resources (HR) Director

Responsibilities

• Direct daily HR operations and coordinate scheduling for the nursing department.
• Serve as liaison with Payroll and Benefits Administration teams.
• Manage front desk staff and related activities.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Labor and Department of Health requirements for all new hires.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with department heads on employee relations, including disciplinary actions and separations.
• Attend management meetings and support achievement of organizational goals.

Requirements

• Prior experience in HR or staffing is required.
• HR degree or formal training is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
