Job Description

Direct and coordinate daily HR operations, spanning staffing, payroll, and policy compliance, while fostering a constructive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations and handle employee relations across the organization
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Administer benefits programs, leave management, and compensation processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and development initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on strategic projects and organizational planning
  • Provide HR reporting, metrics, and compliance documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience required
  • Prior experience in recruiting, employee relations, and payroll administration preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed
