Job Description
HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for high-volume recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning to support HVAC field operations and reduce turnover.
Responsibilities
- Develop a regional, proactive talent pipeline by partnering with trade schools, using targeted industry job boards, and engaging via social media channels.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain skilled technicians and field staff.
- Address employee relations issues, coach field managers, and foster a positive culture to minimize turnover.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and oversee workers' compensation claims.
- Leverage HRIS data to monitor key metrics and drive evidence-based HR decisions.
- Apply HVAC industry urgency, especially during peak seasonal months, balancing compliance with fast-paced, decentralized operations.
- Advance the company brand as an employer of choice within the local skilled trades market.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in multi-site, field-service, or heavy skilled trades organizations.
- Proven success scaling high-volume recruitment pipelines for certified technicians, installers, and sales representatives.
- Experience collaborating with Operations leadership to manage seasonal workload fluctuations and drive revenue through strategic workforce planning.

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 per year
