Job Description
At Eternal Hotels, the Human Resources Manager will shape the people strategy in Pasco, overseeing initiatives that support growth and operational excellence. This role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations, aligning with company goals and collaborating with senior leadership to implement strategies that cultivate a positive workplace and drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Oversee talent acquisition activities, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and new-hire orientation.
- Handle employee relations by resolving workplace conflicts, guiding performance evaluations, and supporting appraisal processes.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, such as FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation requirements.
- Administer benefits programs and payroll using platforms like BBSI, Workday, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.
- Lead training and development efforts to build skills and support career progression.
- Supervise HR sourcing activities and leverage HRIS tools (e.g., BBSI, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo) for data collection and analytics.
- Oversee HR program deployment, including change management, process improvement, and HR project management.
- Negotiate employment contracts and benefits administration while maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, contracts, OSHA standards, and legal compliance to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to human resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 10+ years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- SHRM certification preferred.

Skills

- Proven track record in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing using ATS such as Taleo or iCIMS.
- Strong negotiation capabilities paired with clear communication for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience supervising HR teams or leading cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in performance management systems and employee evaluation processes.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Kronos, Paylocity, and ADP for analytics and reporting.
- Ability to lead training and development programs and promote continuous improvement.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and program management methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with experience in organizational design, change management, budgeting, process improvement, and human capital management.
- Strong presentation skills for clear policy communication across all levels and contribute to shaping the HR function through innovative strategies while supporting workforce growth and well-being.
Compensation
USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year
