Senior Human Resources Manager role in The Woodlands, TX with a hybrid schedule, partnering with Director-level leaders across North America.

Act as a strategic HR Business Partner and trusted advisor to Director-level leaders and leadership teams
Create and execute talent and workforce strategies aligned to business objectives and organizational priorities
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
Support mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and employee integration activities
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management efforts
Coach leaders on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations
Partner with internal HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Learning & Development
Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, HR policies, and compliance

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
8+ years of progressive HR experience
HR Business Partner experience supporting senior-level leaders
Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, change management, or business transformation
Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to influence leadership in a complex, matrixed environment

Experience with M&A, integrations, or large-scale business transformations
Background in specialty chemicals, ingredients, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related industries
Experience supporting commercial or revenue-generating teams
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CHRL, or equivalent certification (preferred)
Exposure to U.S. and Canadian employment practices
