Job Description

Cintas seeks a Human Resources Manager II to supervise essential HR functions and ensure a compliant, safe workplace. The role covers turnover management, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and safety training, with an emphasis on fostering a proactive safety culture onsite in Savannah, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all general areas of human resources across the site.
  • Oversee turnover management and drive retention strategies.
  • Lead recruiting efforts to attract and hire top talent.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs in a accurate and timely manner.
  • Foster positive employee relations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and other employment laws.
  • Place safety as a key focus and ensure partners are trained on safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote and sustain a culture of safety at the location overall.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in human resources.
  • Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
