Human Resources Specialist (Bilingual English–Spanish)
Job Description
Original Management is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Specialist for an onsite contract role in Stafford, TX.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, and regulatory compliance to support both office and field staff.
- Lead recruiting efforts, coordinate new hire orientation, and assist with onboarding for office and field employees.
- Maintain comprehensive personnel files, coordinate payroll activities, and administer benefits programs.
- Create and update job descriptions, facilitate performance evaluations, and manage disciplinary processes with consistency and fairness.
- Partner with property managers and leadership to ensure HR policies align with company standards and housing industry regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries, investigate concerns as needed, and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws, company policies, and housing industry regulations through proactive monitoring.
- Provide bilingual translation of HR documents and direct support to Spanish-speaking employees as needed.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in Property Management or Real Estate industry is required.
- Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software such as ADP, Paychex, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications
- HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
