Human Resources Support Specialist 2

Sodexo seeks a Human Resources Support Specialist 2 to manage in-unit HR operations for a unionized meal manufacturing and distribution team in Union City, CA (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Lead all in-unit HR functions for The Pass while supporting a diverse, unionized workforce
• Manage employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and compliance
• Partner with site leadership to support union workforce needs and help ensure CBA adherence and CA labor law compliance

Requirements

• Union HR experience
• Spanish proficiency required
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range: $32.41 per hour - $35.10 per hour
