Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

ImpactBio is growing and looking for highly motivated, self-directed Contract Recruiters to support Life Sciences and Pharma hiring. This contract role is designed for recruiters who want to build lasting partnerships with client Hiring Managers, strengthen their pipelines, and manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through feedback and scheduling. The position supports both direct hire and contracted roles for Life Sciences and Pharma teams.

Work location is National, WV (onsite), and the role requires 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Life Sciences industry. ImpactBio will rely on your organization, timely communication, and recruiting deadlines to keep requisitions moving in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both Hiring Managers and Candidates
• Source, screen, conduct telephone interviews, provide written assessments, and schedule candidates
• Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines
• Proactively source talent to build and maintain strong pipeline coverage
• Manage one or more requisitions in the ATS
• Provide timely communication to ImpactBio Leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to Clients and ImpactBio Leadership

Requirements

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Life Sciences industry required
• Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical / BioTech industry is highly desired
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other venues for sourcing and networking
• Excellent organization and time management skills required
• Excellent telephone skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and technology

How the Role Supports Hiring Teams

The Contract Recruiter partners closely with client Hiring Managers to determine current and future recruitment needs for their departments and to develop plans that help ensure project timelines are achieved. Responsibilities include creating a pipeline for future openings for specific job profiles by searching job boards, using internet resources, and networking.

Recruiters also review resumes, pre-screen and interview candidates, and provide feedback to Hiring Managers through ImpactBio’s processes and systems. In addition, you will work with the Hiring Manager to identify suitable interview locations, assist with candidate scheduling, and support interview preparation.
