Medical Staffing Recruiter role with EdgeStone Staffing in New Bedford, MA (onsite) or Taunton, MA.

Plan and run end-to-end sourcing strategies to attract qualified medical professionals through social media recruitment, job boards, and networking events
Execute high-volume recruitment activities including resume screening, candidate interviews, and coordination of assessments
Lead full cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding, supporting a consistent candidate experience
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support ongoing talent acquisition
Use talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate stages and generate lead generation reports
Maintain compliance with HR legal requirements, employment law, and labor laws throughout every recruitment step
Support campus recruitment efforts and attend industry events to cultivate emerging talent pipelines
Research market trends and competitor practices to refine sourcing approaches and remain competitive in healthcare staffing

Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing, negotiation, and external recruiting within healthcare or medical staffing
Strong talent management experience using HR systems such as Kronos, UltiPro, Paychex, or PeopleSoft
Proven communication skills for interviewing candidates and managing relationships across organizational levels
Knowledge of employment and labor law relevant to healthcare staffing and HR legal compliance standards
Experience with high-volume recruiting methods such as cold calling, lead generation, and research
Familiarity with recruiting technology including ATS platforms such as Lever and Taleo, plus talent management software
Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail during full cycle recruiting
Competence with social media marketing (recruitment) to strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement
Experience with employee orientation and onboarding activities, contracts management, employee evaluation and relations, training and development, and succession planning

Salary: USD 50,000 - 55,000 per year
