Move Consultant – Sales & Recruiting

Working Men Moving LLC is seeking an experienced Move Consultant to support both moving sales and recruiting in a hybrid role in San Ramon, CA.

Responsibilities

• Quote, follow up, and book moves from initial contact through scheduling
• Manage leads and estimates using SmartMoving
• Generate your own leads to support ongoing move bookings
• Attend occasional sales events as needed
• Support recruiting activities, including helping to post job ads
• Screen applicants and schedule interviews

Requirements

• Moving industry sales experience
• SmartMoving experience
• Some hiring or recruiting experience
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Valid California driver’s license
