Sales Recruiter

Power Home Remodeling is expanding its national sales organization, and the team needs a dedicated Sales Recruiter to help fuel growth through effective talent acquisition. This onsite role in West Chester, PA focuses on coordinating recruiting efforts, engaging candidates throughout the process, and partnering closely with hiring managers in a metrics-driven environment.

In this position, you will support national sales hiring needs while maintaining strong candidate relationships and tracking key recruiting activity. The work is structured around responsiveness, prioritization, and consistent follow-through from outreach through placement.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
• Multi-task effectively to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities and timelines.
• Operate in a metrics-driven environment by tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to understand needs and support a smooth hiring process.
• Build and sustain relationships with candidates to strengthen their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary plus commission: USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year.
