Sales Recruiter

Power Home Remodeling is expanding, and the team is adding a Sales Recruiter to support national hiring for sales roles. This onsite position in Wilmington, DE centers on attracting and engaging candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers, and staying accountable in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.

The role will work with a team of recruiters to help meet hiring needs as priorities shift, while maintaining strong candidate relationships and tracking key recruiting activity. If you thrive on structured goals and clear communication, this opportunity focuses on building a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
• Multi-task and manage multiple recruiting activities at the same time.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
• Work effectively in a metrics-driven environment, tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support a smooth hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to support their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to work in office full time.

• Strong organizational skills, along with verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Prior experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
• Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship focused on personal and professional growth.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary plus commission: USD 90,000 - 100,000 per year.
