Sales Recruiter

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Sales Recruiter to support national sales hiring and accelerate growth through effective talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a recruiter team to meet national sales hiring needs
• Multi-task and manage multiple recruiting activities at the same time
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and adapt when priorities or deadlines shift
• Work in a metrics-driven environment by tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support a smooth process
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to improve the candidate experience and ensure role alignment

Requirements

• Ability to work full time in the office
• Driven by candidate satisfaction
• Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills plus verbal, written, and follow-up skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
• Recruitment or sales experience preferred
• Open to guidance and mentorship with focus on personal and professional growth
• Can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience

Salary and Location

• Location: King of Prussia, PA (onsite)
• Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 per year
