Sales Recruiter

Power Home Remodeling is expanding nationally, and you can be part of building high-performing sales teams. Compensation: base salary plus commission, totaling $90,000 to $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a recruiting team to support national sales hiring needs.
• Manage multiple tasks at once while staying organized and attentive to detail.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and adjust as priorities and timelines change.
• Work effectively in a metrics-driven environment by tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and help ensure a smooth process.
• Build and sustain relationships with candidates to improve their experience and support alignment with job requirements.

• Strong skills in organization, verbal communication, writtenfollow-up.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Recruitment or sales experience is preferred.
• Open to guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on detail.
• 1-2 years of professional experience.
