Nurse Recruiter/Talent Acquisition

This Nurse Recruiter and Talent Acquisition role at Southridge Behavioral Hospital is based onsite in Byron Center, Michigan. The position focuses on managing RN and LPN recruitment across West Michigan, handling recruitment plans, posting requisitions, interviewing, salary negotiation, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) across West Michigan.
• Design and implement comprehensive recruitment plans, advertising programs, metrics, and related initiatives.
• Post requisitions directly to sourcing channels.
• Source candidates and conduct interviews.
• Negotiate compensation terms.
• Extend offers and hire qualified candidates.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, corporate requirements, and applicable employment laws.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a health care related field from an accredited institution.
• Two years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a healthcare setting is required; three to five years of experience is preferred.
