Nurse Recruiter Talent Acquisition Partner

The Nurse Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Partner will drive strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, hire, and retain nursing talent in the West Michigan market. This on-site role partners with hiring leaders, leveraging data and sourcing strategies to build a robust clinical candidate pipeline that supports patient care outcomes. The position requires on-site work at two UHS facilities and travel to related events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, hire, and retain high-quality nursing talent across the West Michigan market.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, utilizing workforce data, market insights, and innovative sourcing techniques to maintain a strong pipeline of clinical candidates aligned with organizational goals and patient care excellence.
• Work on-site with travel between two UHS facilities and participation in career fairs, hiring events, outreach initiatives, and related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Experience in healthcare nurse recruiting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Hours and Location

Full-Time. On Site at two UHS facilities.

• Southridge is located on the south side of Grand Rapids, near the intersection of M-6 and Byron Center Ave SW: 6291 Venture Hills Boulevard SW, Byron Center, MI 49315.
• Forest View Hospital is located east of Grand Rapids at 1055 Medical Park Dr. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546.
