Job Description
The Nurse Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Partner will drive strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, hire, and retain nursing talent in the West Michigan market. This on-site role partners with hiring leaders, leveraging data and sourcing strategies to build a robust clinical candidate pipeline that supports patient care outcomes. The position requires on-site work at two UHS facilities and travel to related events.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, hire, and retain high-quality nursing talent across the West Michigan market.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, utilizing workforce data, market insights, and innovative sourcing techniques to maintain a strong pipeline of clinical candidates aligned with organizational goals and patient care excellence.
- Work on-site with travel between two UHS facilities and participation in career fairs, hiring events, outreach initiatives, and related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Experience in healthcare nurse recruiting.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Hours and Location
Full-Time. On Site at two UHS facilities.
- Southridge is located on the south side of Grand Rapids, near the intersection of M-6 and Byron Center Ave SW: 6291 Venture Hills Boulevard SW, Byron Center, MI 49315.
- Forest View Hospital is located east of Grand Rapids at 1055 Medical Park Dr. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546.
