Nurse Registry Recruiter

In this role, you will help strengthen the caregiver network that makes those matches possible, using a process that covers sourcing, screening, compliance, and onboarding. What you’ll do

As a Nurse Registry Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruitment for caregivers including CNAs, HHAs, RNs, and LPNs. Your focus is growing the active nurse registry by attracting qualified talent, verifying requirements, and ensuring each caregiver is ready to provide care.

• Actively source, screen, and onboard qualified CNAs/HHAs/RNs/LPNs
• Use job boards, social media, and networking events to find candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate clinical skills, experience, and patient fit
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new registry hires
• Maintain constant communication with caregivers to support retention and engagement
• Ensure caregiver files meet Florida regulatory requirements, including Level II background checks, CPR, TB screening, CEUs, and license verification
• Keep accurate records in ATS/scheduling software, using tools such as AI tools and Google Workspace to streamline workflow

What you bring

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, nurse recruitment, or human resources
• Experience with Florida Nurse Registry regulations is a plus
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to “sell” the registry to top talent
• Familiarity with credentialing requirements and Florida caregiver background checks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Healthcare Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation and benefits

Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
