NOLUTR, LLC is seeking a part-time remote real estate recruiter based in Florida. This role supports full-cycle hiring for real estate agents and related positions, with a focus on sourcing, relationship management, and smooth coordination of the recruiting process through CRM-based workflows.

Role Overview

As a Part Time Remote Real Estate Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for agent and related roles. The position is designed for efficient pipeline management, effective candidate engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to strengthen talent retention and hiring continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting for real estate agents and related roles, including candidate sourcing, interviewing support, and onboarding coordination.
• Use a CRM to manage candidate pipelines and maintain an organized recruiting process.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment) and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to support a positive recruitment experience and long-term talent retention.
• Collaborate with leadership on succession planning, employee orientation, and employee relations activities that support organizational growth.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in real estate or related industries, with demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment environments desired.
• Excellent communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• CRM familiarity is preferred.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a remote setting.
• Proven relationship management skills to build and sustain candidate relationships.
