Job Description

Remote Principal/Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner with Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems, guiding full lifecycle recruiting, shaping hiring strategies, and driving talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for regional or division-specific roles across technical, administrative, hourly, and leadership levels.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
  • Assess candidates for technical capability, leadership potential, and mission alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, guiding interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
  • Leverage data, market insights, and workforce intelligence to inform hiring approaches and influence decisions.
  • Ensure recruiting activities align with compliance standards, diversity objectives, and established processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Principal path: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years, or a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience.
  • Senior Principal path: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record of independently driving high-visibility projects to successful delivery, consistently meeting scope and achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success filling hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and preparing executive communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with advanced recruiting strategies and meet aggressive hiring targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
