Real Estate Brokerage Recruiter and Manager
Job Description
High-impact leadership role to lead growth, productivity, and recruiting for a Keller Williams Realty brokerage in the Seattle area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and attract top real estate agents through networking, relationship development, social channels, events, and strategic outreach
- Conduct career consultations and interviews with prospective agents
- Develop and maintain robust recruiting pipelines and ongoing agent relationships
- Support office expansion through consistent recruiting activities and retention initiatives
- Provide coaching and advisory support to agents on lead generation, productivity, goal setting, and business growth
- Facilitate weekly trainings, sales meetings, and accountability conversations
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new agents into the brokerage
- Track recruiting and productivity metrics to identify opportunities and improve outcomes
- Stay current on local market trends and industry best practices
- Cultivate a positive, growth-oriented, and collaborative office culture
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Washington State real estate license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, recruiting, leadership, coaching, or business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and connect with people
- Results-driven with a history of achieving targets
- Comfortable leading meetings, coaching sessions, and recruiting interviews
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, social media, and recruiting tools
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and accountability

COMPENSATION
Salary range: USD 84,000 - 175,000+ yearly (Includes salary, bonuses, and growth incentives)
