Recruiter 1

TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring in Herndon, VA through an on-site contract role. In this position, you will help build and manage candidate pipelines by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, while partnering with internal teams to align talent needs with priorities.

The role operates during standard Monday-Friday business hours and is focused on maintaining steady communication throughout the hiring process. TEKsystems anticipates the contract opportunity will close on Sep 25, 2026.

What you’ll do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Build relationships with job seekers and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication
• Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Support candidates in taking the next step in their careers while helping drive business results

What you bring

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or similar experience is a plus

Compensation

• Pay range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Compensation within the range may depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors
• Contract role based out of Herndon, VA

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours
