Recruiter

Integrity Staffing Solutions is offering a benefits-forward contract Recruiter role onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. This 3–6 month assignment focuses on construction and skilled trades, with a grassroots, community-outreach approach that emphasizes hands-on collaboration with the hiring team. The position pays up to $40 per hour and includes health insurance, supporting your work in a dynamic, on-site environment across West Palm Beach and Riviera Beach.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the hiring team as a trusted recruiting collaborator
• Develop talent pipelines through grassroots recruiting and community outreach
• Recruit for construction and skilled trades roles
• Guide candidates from sourcing through interview and onboarding
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition to fill roles quickly

Requirements

• Experience recruiting in construction, skilled trades, or industrial sectors
• Passion for grassroots recruiting and community outreach
• Clean driving record and ability to travel across the West Palm Beach and Riviera Beach area
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency is required
• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience in relevant fields
