Recruiter

Milis Flatwork is looking for a Recruiter to support hiring for concrete construction roles across multiple disciplines. This onsite position in Kaukauna, WI focuses on managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and partnering with senior leadership to meet staffing needs. You will coordinate sourcing through onboarding, using HRIS/ATS tools and strengthening the company’s presence in the talent market.

In this role, you will handle recruitment from attraction to offer negotiation while helping shape proactive strategies based on market trends. Collaboration is a core part of the position, including working closely with hiring managers and C-suite executives and coordinating compliant onboarding and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
• Design and implement recruitment strategies informed by market trend analysis to attract diverse talent pools
• Engage multiple channels to support recruiting efforts, including social media management and campus recruitment initiatives
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and C-suite executives to understand staffing requirements and provide talent acquisition guidance
• Lead employer branding activities through social media management and external recruiting campaigns to improve visibility in the talent marketplace
• Manage recruitment process tracking and reporting using HRIS systems, including Paychex
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor law while managing contracts and employee orientation programs

Requirements

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting
• Bilingual ability
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques, including cold calling, social media outreach, and campus recruitment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners at all organizational levels
• Familiarity with Paychex for HR management purposes
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational staffing needs
