Recruiter

Uline is adding a Recruiter to support the staffing needs of its new Connecticut facility in Plainfield, CT. This on-site role helps power a growing warehouse operation, connecting great people with the right opportunities. What you’ll do

In this full cycle recruiting position, you will manage the end-to-end process to staff roles across the warehouse operation, from entry-level opportunities to technical and high-level positions. You will also work closely with hiring managers to ensure hiring plans reflect current talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills.

• Run full cycle recruiting to support staffing at all levels of a growing warehouse operation.
• Source and recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and build a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and to Uline’s North American locations for initial training.
