Recruiter

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Recruiter in Herndon, VA, onsite, where you’ll play a direct role in matching people to meaningful work and supporting clients with top talent. In this role, you’ll use your network and company technology to connect with diverse candidates, learn about their skills, and align them with job opportunities while meeting performance expectations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with diverse candidates using your network and ManpowerGroup technology, then match them to job opportunities based on their skills.
• Serve clients by providing top talent, then consult with them on their talent needs and share how they can use Manpower to address them.
• Work toward performance targets by staying goal-oriented, taking initiative, and remaining agile.
• Build genuine relationships with clients, candidates, and associates to strengthen loyalty and increase the ability to put more people to work.
• Engage current talent in programs designed to support development and readiness for their next opportunity.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High School Diploma.

Compensation

Salary: USD 55,000 to 60,000 per year.

Pay structure: Base pay plus uncapped monthly commission.
