Recruiter

Amada Senior Care- Denver West is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring of caregivers for its home care organization in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This onsite role focuses on sourcing talent, coordinating the interview and onboarding process, and ensuring hiring communications and compliance are handled accurately.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will source candidates through multiple channels, conduct interviews, manage required background checks and onboarding documentation, and coordinate caregiver availability for work, commuting, and orientation. The position also includes contract negotiation and employment law compliance within talent management practices. When applicable, the Recruiter will lead other recruiters and provide guidance on best practices, external recruiting efforts, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using multiple channels including Indeed, social media management, external recruiting platforms, campus recruitment initiatives, and cold calling.
• Conduct thorough interviews and complete mandatory background checks.
• Complete full onboarding documents for Amada Senior Care.
• Maintain communication with the office team to confirm candidate availability for work, commute requirements, and orientation scheduling.
• Negotiate employment contracts and ensure employment law compliance in talent management practices.
• Facilitate employee orientation programs.
• When applicable, lead teams of recruiters by providing guidance on best practices in full-cycle recruiting, external recruiting efforts, and succession planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in caregiver recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage caregiver communications effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of social media management tools for lead generation and employer branding is highly desirable.
• English (Required).
• Driver's License (Required).
• Associate (Preferred).
