This position is structured as a commission-based model and is designed for recruiters who want to take ownership of their pipeline while leveraging established resources to launch efficiently.

Role Overview

Requirements

• Experience in government, defense, or cleared contracting.
• Interest in building a recruiting business tied to GSA contracts.

Compensation

• USD 100,000 - 200,000 per yearly (commission-based structure).
• Unlimited earning potential with no cap.
• Most partners earn $100K–$200K+.
