Recruiter

Fairway Staffing Inc. is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring in Anaheim, CA (onsite). This role sources and evaluates candidates, manages job postings, coordinates interviews, and helps with onboarding and recruiting system updates.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will source, screen, and interview applicants for a variety of positions. In addition to coordinating the hiring workflow, the role maintains ongoing candidate communication, supports onboarding activities, and ensures recruiting records are kept current in applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other job boards
• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Deliver excellent customer service to applicants and clients
• Assist with onboarding tasks, including new hire paperwork and orientation processes
• Update applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
• Follow up with employees and clients regarding assignments and performance
• Support office operations and recruiting goals

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Customer service experience: 2 years (required)
• Spanish (required)
• Willingness to travel: 25% (required)
• Minimum experience: 2 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE, depending on experience).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Work location: In person (onsite).
