Any Hour Group is hiring a relationship-driven Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Lindon, UT (onsite). In this role, you will help build strong hiring outcomes while supporting a positive candidate journey, partnering closely with hiring managers, and keeping the recruiting process moving with clarity and consistency.

What you’ll do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offers and hiring
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and hiring events
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition details in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and provide regular hiring updates to leadership

What you bring

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR role
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or high-volume positions is a plus
