Recruiter, Amazon University Talent Acquisition
Job Description
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Recruiter for University Talent Acquisition to attract and hire student talent at scale in Seattle, onsite. This role partners with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and the centralized AUTA program to drive early-career recruitment across Amazon. The position offers a salary range of USD 80,200 to 99,100 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree along with at least two years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units and recruiting teams across Amazon to identify student hiring needs
- Develop creative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for specialized roles within Amazon
- Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and optimize scheduling efficiency
- Maintain and organize all candidate and campus data, consolidate results, analyze findings, and propose improvements
- Create long-term recruitment strategies aligned with Amazon’s growth, implement new processes, and establish standard operating procedures that fit the company’s mission
- Collaborate with full lifecycle recruiters, industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an early-career talent strategy
- Manage expectations and business goals through bi-weekly reviews, providing metrics and status updates to customers and stakeholders
- Develop a scalable recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
- Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives, including pilots and process improvement efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
- 2+ years of technical recruiting in a high-volume, high-hiring-bar environment
