In this role, you will perform full life cycle recruiting for hospital and healthcare professionals within a corporate setting, sourcing top talent, engaging with high level contacts, and shaping a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Actively recruit qualified applicants from multiple channels including cold outreach, ATS sourcing, LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and networking.
- Lead the recruitment process for both hiring managers and candidates while maintaining direct relationships.
- Conduct thorough telephone assessments and work history reviews to gauge skills, experience, interest, and availability.
- Represent Christus Health positively by staying informed about products, history, and benefits.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate scheduling and interview support.
- Perform needs analysis to understand job requirements for new requisitions.
- Negotiate offer package details with candidates.
- Communicate recruiting strategies and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Hold regular rounding meetings with hiring managers to review progress and alignment.
- Achieve or exceed Talent Acquisition service level timelines.
- Export, filter, and interpret recruitment data in Power BI and verify data integrity.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 0-2+ years of experience in high volume recruiting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Previous HR or recruiting support experience preferred.
- Strong communicator capable of presenting information in one on one and small group settings to candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage a full desk and multiple requisitions.
- High level of organization and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Impeccable customer relations skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- HR certification is a plus.
